AI technology facilitation and consultation for owners, founders, executives, and team leads — and, first under that idea, executive job placement and career building.

Observe before prescribing. The ExecRecon behavioural principle

ExecRecon gives leaders a clear picture before they commit. The wider idea is AI technology facilitation and consultation: bringing business context, practical tools, and human judgment together around decisions that need observation before commitment.

The first offer under that idea is the one with a working product behind it. The engine that runs ExecRecon searches was built by running a real executive search end to end — finding the roles, reading what they required, mapping a real history against them, building the documents — and every rule in it exists because it was learned the expensive way.

It is sold two ways. As a kit, so a person can run it on their own terminal and keep the reasoning in front of them. And as a service, run for them by people who verify before they write. Both refuse to guess at a fact.

A culture with its own vocabulary.

The people and the words behind the work, each beside its plain meaning.

Scouts

The people who run full-service engagements. They interview, verify, and build; they do not guess at a fact.

Recon Partners

Specialists brought into an engagement when a search needs one: a sector, a function, a geography.
