Website hosting
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes network request information to deliver and protect it. The authored site does not set advertising cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which runs at the hosting level, counts page visits and performance without cookies; it is not controlled by the privacy choices switches. Cloudflare’s infrastructure operates under its own privacy policy.
Optional Google Analytics
When the Analytics privacy choice is on, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics. Analytics uses first-party cookies to measure page visits. Advertising features are kept off. We do not send your form entries to Google Analytics, and page-view URLs and referrer URLs omit query strings and fragments. Google processes this information under its privacy policy.
PostHog analytics and session replay
When Analytics is on, PostHog measures page visits and link/button clicks and records masked session replays to help improve the site. It uses browser local and session storage for visitor and session identifiers. Recordings mask text and inputs and block forms, editable content, privacy controls and embedded frames. Console logs, network headers and bodies, and canvas recording are disabled. Page-view and replay page URLs omit query strings and fragments. PostHog processes this information in its US hosting region under its privacy policy.
Turning Analytics off stops PostHog capture and recording and clears its visitor storage. This does not delete events or recordings already received. ExecRecon and its hosted ExecExcel pages share this browser preference. PostHog does not run on ExecExcel or CareerRecon pages.
Privacy choices
The small round Privacy choices button at the bottom left of each page, and the Privacy choices link in the footer, open a panel with Necessary (always on), Analytics and Marketing switches and a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information switch. Analytics controls Google Analytics and PostHog analytics and session replay. No advertising or marketing tags are in use; the Marketing switch keeps any future ones off. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Changes apply immediately and are saved in this browser’s local storage (siteConsent.v1) until you change them or clear site data. Turning Analytics off removes Google Analytics’ first-party cookies and reloads open pages on this website to stop Google code; save any unfinished form text first. A choice you made with the earlier analytics preference control carries over.
Defaults. For visitors in the United States and other regions without an opt-in requirement, Analytics and Marketing are on until you turn them off. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, or when the region cannot be determined, they are off unless you turn them on. To choose the default, the page asks Cloudflare for your country (from your IP address); only the two-letter country code is used, kept for the browser session and not stored with your choices.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and also turn Analytics and Marketing off while the signal is on. The Cloudflare hosting and analytics described above operate separately.
What the form records
When you submit, the site records your email address, selected list, consent, optional name and message, source page, submission time and country information supplied by the hosting platform. There are no file uploads on this form. Avoid sending sensitive personal information in the message field.
How it is used
The information is used to manage your selected interest list, respond to your message and send relevant updates about ExecRecon. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to every business in the portfolio.
Forms on this site are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the browser for signs of automated abuse before a submission is accepted. It sets no advertising cookies; see Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum. Interest records are stored through Cloudflare. If owner notifications are enabled, the submission may also be sent through a configured email or webhook notification service. A saved-form confirmation means a record was stored; it does not confirm that an email was delivered.
Request removal
The form below saves a removal request for the email address and exact selected list. The site operator reviews these requests; submission does not immediately delete a record. Repeat the request for other lists you joined. Removal does not recall notifications already sent or automatically erase infrastructure logs.
