What you are buying.

ExecRecon offers two things. The Recon Kit is a subscription that grants your named GitHub account read access to a private software repository containing the ExecRecon engine, for as long as the subscription is active. Full-Service is an engagement in which ExecRecon runs that engine on your behalf: an intake interview, a living workbook of verified roles, evidence mapping, tailored resume versions, and a weekly refresh, for an onboarding fee plus a monthly fee.

Neither offer applies for jobs on your behalf, writes correspondence in your name that you have not read and approved, or promises an interview, an offer, a timeline, or any compensation outcome. The engine finds roles, maps evidence, and builds documents. What you do with them is yours.

Accounts and access

Kit access is tied to the GitHub username you give at checkout. You may install and run the kit on devices you control for your own search. You may not redistribute the kit, publish it anywhere, resell access, or run it as a service for other people — that is the Full-Service tier and a separate agreement. The full license is in the repository as LICENSE.md and forms part of these terms.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Kit subscriptions bill monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time from the Stripe customer portal linked in your receipt; access ends at the close of the paid period. Full-Service bills the onboarding fee at purchase and the monthly fee in advance from the first cycle. Prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase; changes apply from your next billing period and are announced by email at least fourteen days ahead.

Refunds

Kit: refundable in full if requested before the GitHub invitation is accepted; not refundable after, since access is the product. Full-Service: the onboarding fee is refundable in full until the intake call has taken place, and not after; the monthly fee is not refunded for a partial cycle, but cancelling stops the next one.

Your files and your facts

Everything the engine produces for you — fact bank, workbook, resume versions, logs — is yours. On the Full-Service tier we keep a copy in your engagement folder for the length of the engagement and a retention period stated in your order, then delete it. Nothing from one engagement is reused for another person.

Accuracy

The engine is built to refuse to guess at a fact, and Scouts are instructed the same way. Even so, you are responsible for the truth of every claim in a document you send to an employer. Read what you send.

Availability and changes

The kit is updated in the repository; subscribers receive updates while subscribed. We may change, pause, or withdraw either offer with notice by email; a withdrawal refunds any prepaid period not yet delivered.

Liability

ExecRecon's liability to you for anything arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for hiring decisions made by third parties, for the availability of any job posting, or for the conduct of any job board.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the state in which ExecRecon's operating entity is registered, to be named here at launch. Questions go through the contact page.

Draft. This page is reviewed by counsel before the site is indexed, and the effective date and operating entity are filled in then.
