Run the company on what it knows.

ExecOS is an AI model- and platform-agnostic operating layer for your company's knowledge, decisions, and workflows. It produces professional agentic outcomes with a named human accountable for each — integrated by people who verify before they build, and adopted by the people who will run it.

ExecOS · opens in stages. Leave an email to be told the day yours does.

From pilots to an operating model.

Most companies now have AI pilots. Few have an operating model: the context that holds what the company knows, the workflows that do the work, the permissions that say who may approve what, and the cadence that keeps it honest. That gap is not a model problem. Context, workflows, permissions, and cadence are separate from any one model family — which is why ExecOS runs on whichever providers you choose, under your own keys.

An engagement begins with a Recon Report: a fixed-scope diagnostic of where your knowledge and workflows live today, which are agent-ready, and what stays human. Exec Deployment stands ExecOS up on that picture — Field Map for context, Recon Kits for workflows, Briefing Cycles for cadence, governance by design. Exec Doctrine carries adoption, leader first, because a team never out-adopts its leadership. Exec Standing Orders keep the system operating after launch, if you want us to.

What you own at the end is not a subscription to our judgment. It is a system your company runs, on your infrastructure, that we trained your people to direct.

What is in the line.

Named in the order an engagement runs. Each is scoped and fixed, and delivered by a Scout — the ExecRecon operator who runs it and can explain every decision in it.

Recon Report
The diagnostic. Where your knowledge, workflows, and decisions live today; which are ready for an agent; the role audit of what stays human; the first workflow to build. On paper, inside a fixed scope, before anything is built.
Exec Deployment
Implementation. ExecOS stood up on your models and keys: the context layer populated from your own documents, the first workflows running with a human approving each run, permissions and audit in place from day one.
Exec Doctrine
Change management and adoption. Leader-first: it opens with First Orders, the leader's own first workflow, then champions, role-level briefings on what changes for each person, training cadence, and reinforcement after launch.
Exec Standing Orders
Managed operations. We run the operating system with you: the weekly briefing, workflow upkeep, model and provider changes absorbed, and an After-Action Report — the written review of what ran and what to stop — when a period closes.
ExecOS
The platform. A vault your company owns, the layer the workflows run on, and the cadence — model-agnostic and portable. Available inside engagements now; a standalone subscription is planned, not yet open.

ExecOS is described here as what exists today inside ExecRecon engagements and what is planned; the two are never blended. Prices are set when the line opens and are not shown on this site.

How we handle your data and your keys.

The questions a buyer asks first, answered before the first call.

Your keys, your accounts
ExecOS runs on the AI providers you already use, under credentials you hold. We do not resell model access and we do not hold your keys after deployment.
Your vault, your ownership
The context layer lives in a store your company controls. At the end of any engagement you keep all of it; we delete our working copies after the retention period in your order.
Bounded permissions
Every workflow runs inside a defined permission set, and every run leaves an audit trail. Approval stays with a named human until you decide otherwise.
Offboarding is part of the scope
How access is granted, reviewed, and revoked is written into the Recon Report before anything is deployed.

The full text is on the Privacy page and in the engagement terms, both drafts under counsel review.
